A weekly Student Ineligibility report is distributed to HR Assistants, HR Associates, HR Partners, HR Executives, and Managers who supervise and/or support a student employee who has a student job in Workday for which they are ineligible. The report is distributed to the email address listed in the UT Directory. In addition to weekly distribution, reports are also sent to the recipients described above on census dates. In addition, UT Human Resources receives a report of all ineligible student employees at the university, the Graduate School receives a report of all ineligible graduate student employees, the Office of Scholarship and Financial Aid receives a report of all ineligible Work-Study student employees, and the International Office receives a report of all ineligible international student employees.
