Inactive Account Error in FRMS


FRMS Error: Processing error NA5A Error storing transactions. AQN$DACT (DA07)

This error message can be caused by a closed account that was used on an FRMS UT Market requisition (PBU) or change order (PXU). To resolve, contact the accountant for the account as displayed on the *DEFINE GB1 command and request that the account be reopened.

Note: If a PXU was created in order to change a 26-account, the account on the PBU must be active as well as the account on the PXU; the change order first disencumbers the account on the PBU before it encumbers the account on the PXU. You can request that the account manager open the account for a small window of time in order for you to complete the change order.
