Missing Direct Deposit of Paycheck


The university’s payday has passed, and I haven’t received my payroll check via direct deposit. What do I do?

Check with your departmental HR Partner or Timekeeper to confirm that your job and/or timesheet(s) were processed and approved in time for the university's payday.

To view your HR Partner or Timekeeper in Workday,

  1. From the home page, click the Personal Information application.
  2. Under View, click About Me.
  3. On the left navigation, under your name, click Job.
  4. Click Support Roles.

If your HR Partner or Timekeeper has confirmed all records were completed in time, contact Payroll Services via email (payroll@austin.utexas.edu) or phone at 512-471-5271 for assistance with resolving the issue.
