For tax year 2018 and later, download a copy of your Form W-2 (and W-2c) by logging into Workday.  Select the Pay application, and then click Tax Documents before choosing the tax form of interest and View/Download.  Each year's tax forms will be available by January 31st of the year that follows. 

To promote efficiency and security, please elect to receive your Tax Documents electronically only.  You can stop receiving paper copies by logging into Workday, selecting the Pay application, then clicking Tax Documents before choosing the Edit button under Printing Elections.  Once on the Printing Elections screen, select the radio button for "Receive electronic copy of my Year End Tax Documents".

For years before 2018, you may obtain a copy of your Form W-2 (and W-2c) by logging into UT Direct and navigating to the My W-2 website
