Can I recall or modify a cart that has been checked out from UT Market and has entered FRMS?

Once a cart has been checked out of UT Market and is in FRMS, it cannot be recalled or modified. If the department does not wish to create a requisition document for the cart, then they must not take any action on the cart once in FRMS. If adjustments to any line item are required, create a new shopping cart in UT Market.
