Verifying UT Market Purchase Orders Reach Suppliers


How do I know that my UT Market purchase order was transmitted to the supplier?

To see the status of a UT Market purchase order, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the FRMS PO Details page.
  2. In the PO Number field, type the PO number, and click View PO.
  3. The Purchase Order Information section shows the purchase order (PO) status. If the purchase order has been transmitted successfully, the PO Status field will indicate "Order dispatched to supplier" with a date and time.

Note: Occasionally, errors occur in the supplier's system. If you have not received your order confirmation, contact the supplier directly to check the status of the order. Supplier contact information can be found on the PO Details page in the Supplier Information section.
