How do I resolve order delivery issues for items ordered in UT Market?

 

If your order was delivered to Campus Distribution Services (U-110) and items are missing, overshipped, or damaged, contact the supplier directly to resolve the issue.  Also contact Campus Distribution Services within three business days of delivery so they can update the receipt and hold the material for return to the supplier.

If your order was delivered directly to your department and items are missing, overshipped, or damaged, you should contact the supplier directly to resolve the issue. Next, enter a receipt in FRMS to accept any shipped items that you are keeping. If missing or replacement items are to be shipped later, wait until those items have actually been received to record the receipt of those items in FRMS.
