Announcement: Archiving Departmental and Accounting Transactions

 

On July 11-12, 2025, maintenance was performed in financial systems that store departmental and accounting transactions. Now that this maintenance is complete, you can no longer reconcile or update departmental transactions in *DEFINE LMM screens for fiscal years prior to 2015-2016.

Accounting transactions require a large amount of computer storage space. Due to limitations on available space, older accounting transactions (*DEFINE GTM) and departmental transactions (*DEFINE LTM) must be moved to an archive. Archived transactions may still be viewed via GTM, LTM, and UT Direct transaction listings, but they are not available in Information Quest (IQ). Other UT Direct pages may also exclude archived transactions.
