Electronic Document Routing in the Electronic Office Management (EOM) System


How do I set up electronic document routing in EOM?

 

Routing controls the approvals required on electronic documents and is administered by the electronic office manager or delegates.

 

The Routing tab contains three pages: Routing (Master) Views, Routing Sequences, and Signature Authorizations. These pages contain the details and information required to create and manage document routing.

 

Note: Only electronic office managers and delegates can update the information on the Routing (Master) Views and Routing Sequences page. Only electronic office managers can make updates on the Signature Authorizations page.
