Why does the manual signer that I had removed for a unit or budget group still appear in *DEFINE?

 

For record keeping purposes, manual signers who no longer have signature authority may still appear on a unit or budget group. To verify that a person's signature authority has expired for a unit or budget group, complete the steps below:

• Go to *DEFINE

 

• In the Command field, type GG5 and press ENTER

 

 

• In the Misc field, type the unit code and press ENTER

 

 

• To see a list of all authorized signers for a unit, 
  • Type an X next to the unit code and press ENTER

 

 

• • Press PF2 to see a list of all authorized signers for the unit.

 

 

• To see a list of all authorized signers for a budget group, 
  • Type a B next to the unit code and press ENTER.

 

 

• • Type an X next to the budget group and press ENTER.

 

 

• • Press PF2 to see a list of all authorized signers for the budget group.
