Who is my electronic office manager?

 

If you don't know the name of the Desk you are on, please contact your department's financial team to find the name of your electronic office manager

 

If you know the name of the Desk you are on, but don't know the name of your electronic office, follow the steps below to find your electronic office manager:

 

1. Go to the YS1 screen in *DEFINE. 
2. Type a desk number in the Select a Desk and View by Number field
3. Type O in the Select an Action field and press ENTER.

 

The name of the office manager will be listed in the Owner field.
