What’s the Workday Update?

Twice each year, Workday, Inc. issues major updates. These updates occur in the spring and fall to ensure that UT has access to any new features or improvements in the latest version of Workday.

 

Planned Downtime for the Workday Update

On Saturday, March 14, 2026, Workday, Inc. will implement their fall update. During the update, Workday may be unavailable, slow, or unresponsive. Due to these potential issues, we encourage everyone to delay accessing Workday on March 14 until the update is complete and the system returns to normal operation.

We will publish information on updates or new features available in the Workday Spring Update when available.
