What’s the Workday Update?

Twice each year, Workday, Inc. issues major updates. These updates occur in the spring and fall to ensure that UT has access to any new features or improvements in the latest version of Workday. During the update window, Workday may be unavailable, slow, or unresponsive. Due to these potential issues, we encourage everyone to delay accessing Workday until the update is complete and the system returns to normal operation.

The Workday Spring Update will occur between midnight and noon on Saturday, March 15, 2025.

What’s New in Workday?

The Workday Spring Update includes updates to the Assign Costing Allocations screen and now allows workers to create an audio pronunciation guide for their names.
