What’s the Workday Update?

Twice each year, Workday, Inc. issues major updates. These updates occur in the spring and fall to ensure that UT has access to any new features or improvements in the latest version of Workday.

Planned Downtime for the Workday Update

The Workday Fall Update will occur between midnight and noon on Saturday, September 20, 2025.

During the update window, Workday may be unavailable, slow, or unresponsive. Due to these potential issues, we encourage everyone to delay accessing Workday until the update is complete and the system returns to normal operation.

What’s New in Workday?
