Update Work Email in Workday


How do I update my work email address in Workday?

 

To add or update an email in Workday, take the following steps:
  1. Log into Workday
  2. Type Change My Contact Information in the search box.
  3. Click the Change My Contact Information link when it comes up.
  4. Scroll down the page to the Work Contact Information section under which you will find Primary Email. (Note – there is a Home Contact Information section and a Work Contact Information section. Make sure you are editing the Primary Email in the Work Contact Information section.)
  5. Click on the pencil next to the primary email address to add a new (or edit your existing) UT work email address.
