How do I update my work email address in Workday?
To add or update an email in Workday, take the following steps:
- Log into Workday
- Type Change My Contact Information in the search box.
- Click the Change My Contact Information link when it comes up.
- Scroll down the page to the Work Contact Information section under which you will find Primary Email. (Note – there is a Home Contact Information section and a Work Contact Information section. Make sure you are editing the Primary Email in the Work Contact Information section.)
- Click on the pencil next to the primary email address to add a new (or edit your existing) UT work email address.
