Yes, recipients are provided a reply-to address in the email they receive when a secure message is sent to them.
This address can be especially useful if the secure message isn't available to them: The sender may have accidentally used an incorrect UT EID in attempting to contact the desired recipient. When asking about such a situation, please be sure to include your correct UT EID in case of that confusion.
Of course, the reply-to address can also be used for substantial responses to the secure message, including requests for more information.
